Committed to supporting the growth and development of local business
The Hungerford Chamber of Commerce represents around one hundred businesses from the local area.
We are the only organisation to provide an inclusive forum that brings together business owners, Hungerford Town Council, West Berkshire Council, The Town and Manor of Hungerford and other key stakeholders in the area.
Why join.
The Chamber has an elected executive committee, who are members of the Chamber. The committee set the programme of events for the year, hold regular meetings and represent their members in the larger community and particularly with local and district councils, local organisations and community partnerships.
We aim to:
Promote and provide links and opportunities between local businesses through regular meetings.
To promote Hungerford as a commercial and retail centre.
Encourage inward investment.
To represent the views, concerns and needs of local businesses including local retailers.
To host business and social functions which bring the local business community together.
