Having spent 25 years as an international merchant banker including managing risk and directing operations in Europe, Africa, the Middle and Far East, as well as procuring inwards investment in start-ups, development and real estate sectors in the United Kingom, I am now advising clients on specific negotiations, on mergers and acquisitions, as well as assisting not-for-profit organisations in their management and fund-raising techniques.
